Litter Conveyor
B32 and C32

This type of conveyor works great to load out of the middle of the poultry house or for low ceiling heights.  It cuts litter handling time in half by pushing the litter to the middle.  The litter can either be pushed or dumped from most angles onto the conveyor.  This conveyor is 39 ft. long.  The bottom portion of the conveyor is 9 ft. long and the up hill portion is 30 ft. long.  The 9 ft. conveyor is welded rigid to the 30 ft. up hill conveyor.  The hydraulic scissor lift will raise the conveyor 10-15 ft. There's an easy- to- remove hitch that needs removed when using. The flat conveyor will sit 10 inches to  24 inches off the ground when in operation depending on how high  the conveyor is lifted.   The inside of the conveyor is 30 in. wide and 13 in. sides. The bottom is lined with strong, durable plastic.  The chain is T-rod link with angle iron cleats. There is an adjustable control gate located just before the upright portion of the conveyor, which is used to regulate the flow of litter.  The chain speed is controlled with a hydraulic flow control valve.  It requires a tractor with a hydraulic flow of at least 19 gallons per minute in order to run a hydraulic conveyor at full speed. This conveyor can also be powered by PTO, by self cantained hydraulic power unit, or by an electric motor. The price will vary depending on method chosen to power the conveyor.

These conveyors are 32 ft. long and the hydraulic scissor lift will raise 10-16 ft. There is an easy-to-remove hitch which needs to be removed when using.  The hopper will sit on the ground when it is in position. The inside of the conveyor is 30 in. wide with 13 in. sides.  The bottom is lined with strong durable plastic.   The chain is T-rod link with angle iron cleats. There is an adjustable control gate located just after the hopper used to regulate the flow of litter.  The  only differance between the B32 and the C32 is the size of the hopper.  The B32 has a hopper that is 8ft. by 10ft. It is 3 ft. tall  The C32 has a hopper that is 10 ft. by 11 ft.  It is 3.5 ft. tall.
